Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging with all protective inserts to ensure fragile ceramics and glassware are not damaged during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
