How do you ensure fragile items aren't damaged during shipping?
We use eco-friendly, double-walled corrugated boxes and biodegradable cushioning to ensure your ceramics arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event of a breakage, we offer a free replacement.
Are Clay Casa ceramics microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our collections are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing pieces with gold or metallic luster finishes to maintain their brilliance over time.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom or commissioned pieces are final sale.
